How To Make Colorful Eyeliner Out Of Eyeshadow Pigments
1
Gather your materials (listed below), and you will need a clean surface to work on. It is also important to wash your hands
2
Add a bit of water into the tiny bottle or visine eye drops, and I would suggest that you fill the Water up to 1/5 of the bottle.
3
Add the loose pigment or eyeshadow (if it is eyeshadow, from a pallet or pressed from a solo eyeshadow, you’ll need to crush them first) then apply all the pigment/eyeshadow onto the bottle, filling right to the top.
4
Use your eyeliner brush, to mix it in and make sure it is blended well, now just shake it so it gives a vibrant pigment.
